4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjj888 login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You agree to immediately notify jjj888 support upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4.2 jjj888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
4.3 Account Verification. jjj888 may place a hold on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending verification of your identity, age, or payment method. Such holds do not constitute a breach of these Terms by jjj888.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jjj888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email or mobile number. Players may reactivate their accounts by contacting support.

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements. Where the original method is unavailable, jjj888 will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative in the player's name.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jjj888's internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Welfare Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.
